Order Process Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Customer orders ko receive karke system mein accurately process karna.
• Shipping labels create aur print karna.
• Courier/shipping portals par shipment process karna aur tracking details update karna.
• Domestic aur Export Shipments ki process ki knowledge hona.
• Export orders ke liye required shipping/documentation process ko coordinate karna.
• Invoice, packing list, shipping label aur other required documents ko prepare/check karna.
• Shipment dispatch ke liye warehouse, courier aur logistics team ke saath coordination karna.
• Orders ki status tracking aur timely updates maintain karna.
• Order-related issues, delays aur discrepancies ko identify karke resolve/coordinate karna.
• Dispatch aur shipment records ko properly maintain karna.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years ka order processing, shipping ya logistics experience preferred.
• Shipping labels banana aana chahiye.
• Courier/shipping portals ki working knowledge honi chahiye.
• Export process aur documentation ki basic knowledge mandatory/preferred.
• MS Excel aur basic computer operations ki knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented aur accuracy ke saath kaam karne ki ability.
• Multiple orders ko efficiently handle karne ki capability.

Pay: ₹18,800.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
