What they need
Process end-to-end customer orders & ensure error-free dispatches
Manage import/export operations, CHA & freight forwarder coordination
Handle customer delivery queries & inventory forecast coordination
Work on ERP Order-to-Cash, MS Excel & BI tools.
Required Candidate profile
3-5 yrs exp in Order Management, Logistics & Import/Export operations.
Hands-on expertise in ERP (Order-to-Cash), MS Excel & CHA clearance.
Excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
