About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Order Processing Officer / Executive to join our team in Senai, Johor. This is a full-time position responsible for managing customers orders, preparing sales order and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Cooperation with sales team to improve productivity to fulfil clients order requirement.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and delivery schedule are handled efficiently.
• Ensure the adequacy of sale-related equipment or materials.
• Handle the processing of all order with accuracy and timeliness.
• To perform daily operations, including process Sales Order & issue Purchase Order, various general administrative tasks, and export documentation preparation.
• Actively respond to emails and phone calls on all the sales enquiries maintaining an efficient work environment.
• Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.

What We're Looking For

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ certificate in related field.
• Fresh Graduates or entry level are welcome to apply.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines.
• Able to start work immediately will be added advantage.
• Team player and can work independently.
