What You'll Be Doing

• Review and process orders or service requests connected to residential and commercial moving, call-center support, customer scheduling, logistics, sales support, and operations, confirming required details before release or handoff in the Order Processing Specialist role at One New Creation.
• Review orders for missing details, duplicate requests, pricing discrepancies, and fulfillment exceptions as part of the Order Processing Specialist role at One New Creation.
• Update order status, approved changes, cancellations, shipment or service details, and customer notes across moving, call-center, and logistics operations in this Order Processing Specialist position.
• Coordinate routine order questions with customers, sales, operations, suppliers, or fulfillment teams for the One New Creation team as part of Order Processing Specialist work.
• Track open orders and follow up on delayed, incomplete, or exception items until resolution while supporting moving, call-center, and logistics operations in the Order Processing Specialist role at One New Creation.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and protect customer account and payment information as part of day-to-day Order Processing Specialist responsibilities at One New Creation.
