Order Processing Staff

Qualifications:

►Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Computer Science or any related course.

►Preferably with at least 1 year and above related experience.

►With experience in using SAP is an advantage.

►Good verbal and written communication skills.

►Good attention to details and organized.

►Proficient in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PPT)

Duties and Responsibilities:
► Process delivery orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct.

► Coordinate with the sales team to verify order information and resolve any discrepancies.

► Maintain accurate records of delivery orders, sales, and inventory levels.

► Assist in the preparation of delivery schedules and logistics planning.

► Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

► Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing and delivery.

►Accountable in posting of goods issuance and preparation of dispatching form in SAP system based on picklist form.

►Coordinate finalized order quantity to Warehouse Department for order preparation.

►Post revisions on Goods Issuance in SAP system as requested by Warehouse Department.

►Monitor status of VDR from the consignee's portal.

►Upload and generate VDR via consignee's portal.

►Ensure that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation.

► Organize and maintain original documents. Transcribe, scan or photocopy hard copy documents and forms as needed.
►Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.
