🚀 Your Mission: This full-time Order Processor position at OSAVE TRADING PHILIPPINES CORPORATION offers an exciting opportunity to join in Taytay, Rizal. You will be responsible for processing orders and ensuring accurate quantity of products.

🎯 What You'll Do:

• Encodes accurate order information

• Processes purchase receipts, picking list and delivery receipt and incidents

• Reconciles discrepancies in orders and delivery

• Monitors negative stock report in the system

• Prints price tags

• Reconcile inventory count and system count – for DC / Store;

• Process quantity inventory adjustment

• Process write off / shrinkage / store transfers for adjustment

• Prepare reports

• Propose necessary processes to be more efficient and effective

🧰 What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office
• Manage all payroll-related inquiries, providing appropriate resolutions
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Perform other related duties as assigned
