Order Processor

Key Duties

• Receive and review customer Purchase Orders and order requests.
• Prepare and process Sales Orders based on approved quotations and customer POs.
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, prices, delivery requirements, and payment terms.
• Coordinate with Sales regarding discrepancies or incomplete order information.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for product availability and delivery.
• Coordinate with Accounting regarding billing and payment requirements.
• Monitor pending, partially fulfilled, and completed orders.
• Prepare and maintain order-related documents and records.
• Follow up on pending requirements and delivery schedules.
• Provide customers with order status updates when necessary.
• Ensure accurate and timely encoding of orders into the company's system.
• Prepare periodic order monitoring reports.
• Perform other related duties assigned by Management.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Purchasing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Order Processor: 2 years (Preferred)
