BACKGROUND - REGENCY GLASS LTD

Customer service and customer experience is something that we believe puts Regency in the ranks of some of the best glass suppliers in the country. The Office is the first port of call for this and provide customers the crucial first step of their experience with Regency. The team takes pride on going that extra mile for our customers and for each other.

ROLE SUMMARY - ORDER PROCESSOR

• Entering orders onto our bespoke glass software so that glass is then ready to be optimised for production.
• Importing Electronic Orders.
• Communicating with customers over order queries etc.
• Assisting on the day-to-day tasks that are necessary for getting work down to the shop floor for production.
• Develop an understanding of how the process works from start to finish to provide assistance in any and all areas, full training will be provided for all this.

ROLE SUMMARY - REQUIRED SKILLS

• Computer literate with standard programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
• The ability/willingness to learn a bespoke glass software. (Full training will be provided.)
• Customer service skills to deal with customer phone calls.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS - CONTRACT TYPE

• Probationary period, upon successful completion, Full Time Permanent Contract.
• Friday's, early finishes
• Weekly Pay
• Onsite Parking
