Order Processor

We are looking for an accurate and organised Order Processor to join our friendly team in Shrewsbury.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and quotations, ensuring information is entered accurately into our bespoke industry-specific system. You will play an important part in ensuring orders are processed efficiently and that all records and paperwork are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and quotations accurately and efficiently
• Enter order information into our bespoke computer system
• Check information carefully to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
• Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of your own work
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards
• Carry out general administration duties, including scanning, filing and maintaining records
• Audit completed work and assist with checking colleagues' work where required
• Identify, report and correct errors as part of the quality-checking process
• Develop a strong working knowledge of our order processing system
• Ask for additional training and support when required
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider team
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when working with computer systems and customer data

Experience working with PVC-U products would be an advantage, but it is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Pay: £27,300.00 per year
