Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, review, and process incoming customer orders using warehouse management systems and ERP software.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment by utilizing RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain detailed records of order processing activities, shipping & receiving logs, and inventory updates using inventory management software.
• Verify trade compliance and international trade regulations for outgoing shipments to meet legal standards.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking, cycle counting, and stock replenishment to optimize warehouse operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating order status updates and resolving any discrepancies promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or order fulfillment roles with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong understanding of inventory management software, shipping logistics, and order picking procedures.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and trade compliance tools safely.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately during packing and inventory tasks.
• Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all documentation.
• Prior experience with shipping & receiving procedures, packaging standards, and international trade regulations is preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
