Order Processor Data Entry - E Commerce

BLUE STAR MANUFACTURING is looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Data Entry with e-commerce experience to manage orders accurately and on time across marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart.

Full-Time | Onsite

Johar Town Near Expo Center, Lahore

Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM / Night shift (US hours)

Process daily customer orders from e-commerce platforms

Enter and update order, customer, product, and inventory data accurately

Verify order details, payment status, and shipping addresses before processing

Track shipments and update order status and tracking numbers

Handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacement orders

Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, and customer support teams

Communicate with customers and marketplace support in English by email and chat

Maintain accurate records and daily reports in Excel / Google Sheets

Meet daily order-processing targets with a low error rate

Bachelor's degree or Graduation (Final Year).

1–2 years of experience in e-commerce order processing and data entry

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center

Fluent English written and verbal communication skills

Fast and accurate typing 35–40 WPM minimum

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

Experience with Shopify, eBay, or similar platforms

Knowledge of order management or inventory software

Competitive Rs. 60,000 – 70,000 per month
