A1 Trade Windows Ltd is a growing manufacturer of UPVC windows and doors including french doors and sliding patio doors.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Order Processor to join our team.

This is a varied office-based role suited to someone with strong attention to detail who communicates well, is comfortable dealing with customers and colleagues, and can confidently manage day-to-day order processing and administrative duties.

The Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Processing orders for UPVC windows, doors and related products
• Entering order details accurately and efficiently into the company's processing software
• Checking and confirming product profiles, measurements and other specifications together with product configurations
• Identifying and resolving missing and/or conflicting information
• Taking customer orders accurately and amending them when required
• Producing accurate order and manufacturing documents
• Answering incoming telephone calls and taking accurate messages
• Customer liaison and providing high quality customer service
• Responding to and managing emails
• General office administration and day-to-day office duties
• Printing, filing and maintaining organised records
• Using Microsoft Excel for basic office and administrative tasks
• Helping and liaising with other members of the team to ensure smooth running of business
• Carrying out other reasonable administrative duties as required

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, professional and confident on the telephone
• A good communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Organised with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable using email and Microsoft Excel
• Good numerical skills
• Reliable and a good team player who is also able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Able to provide excellent customer service
• Willing to learn and help across different areas of the office
• Previous office or administrative experience would be beneficial, but positive attitude, willingness to learn and reliability are also equally important.
• Previous experience within UPVC industry will be ideal but not mandatory as training can be given to the right candidate
