Order Taker

VACANCY – ORDER TAKER / WAITER

A hospitality company in Dubai is looking for an Order Taker / Waiter to join our team.

Requirements:

• Female candidates are preferred.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Presentable, polite, and professional.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of POS systems and order taking.
• Punctual, reliable, and well-disciplined.
• Willing to work shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests professionally.
• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Provide information about food and beverage items.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.
• Follow up with guests and respond professionally to their requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow company service and quality standards.
