Order-To-Cash Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Order to Cash Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting efficient cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including missing entries, duplicate postings, and timing differences
• Prepare reconciliation reports and ensure all reconciling items are properly documented
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Treasury, and other departments for unposted transactions
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Support month-end closing activities related to cash and bank accounts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience in bank reconciliation or general accounting
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working in a shared services or corporate finance environment is a plus

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
