Order-to-Cash (O2C) Associate – B2B (Fixed Weekends Off / Night Shift)

We are urgently hiring an Order-to-Cash (O2C) Associate to support our financial operations for high-value B2B accounts.

In this role, you will go beyond routine collections—handling end-to-end B2B transaction processing, resolving payment failure discrepancies (ACH/Wire/EFT), and ensuring smooth accounts receivable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, or basic Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or related field

• Flexibility & Availability:

  • Willing to work Night Shift Onsite at Giga Tower, Bridgetowne, QC.
  • Must be available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing & Billing: Generate and distribute B2B invoices aligned with customer contracts and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Cash Application: Match incoming bank wires, ACH, and electronic fund transfers against open invoices in the system.
• Payment Failure & Discrepancy Resolution: Track failed payments, unapplied cash, and partner with clients to resolve billing disputes.
• B2B Collections: Conduct professional, polite follow-ups on past-due commercial accounts.
• Reporting: Assist in maintaining client records and updating weekly AR aging reports.
