Ordering Analyst – Own Brand

• Ensure the ordering system accurately generates Lotuss Own Brand (LOB) stock orders for Distribution Centres and Stores.
• Maintain and update ordering parameters to ensure appropriate stock levels and product availability, particularly during seasonal periods, events and promotions.
• Ensure LOB orders are placed accurately and on time to support store trading requirements.
• Ensure orders are transmitted to LOB suppliers on time with minimal manual intervention.
• Monitor ordering and replenishment performance and resolve system or ordering issues promptly.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with LOB suppliers to support timely delivery and product availability.
• Work closely with Distribution Centres and LOB suppliers to resolve supply, delivery and availability issues.
• Ensure daily ordering activities are completed accurately and the ordering system operates smoothly.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG, Retail, Supply Chain or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience using inventory management or ordering systems is preferred.
• Good analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
