What they need
An ordering support job scope covers processing orders, tracking fulfillment, and resolving order-related issues across supply chain and communication channels
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Entry: Receive, validate, and input purchase orders accurately into Panda systems.
Fulfillment & Delivery Tracking: Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams (Buyer & Warehouse) to monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time shipping.
Warehouse, Operation & Merchandising Communication: Provide order status updates, and handle inquiries or cancellations via phone, email, or chat.
Required Skills & Qualifications
System Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, and Order Management Systems (OMS).
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and verifying quantities, pricing, and shipping addresses.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot fulfillment blockages and communicate solutions clearly to internal teams, byer, operation and IT.
