Orderly

Sweetwater Hospital Association is seeking an Orderly to join our healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing quality patient care and creating a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with transporting patients throughout the facility.
• Help patients with mobility, positioning, and transfers.
• Maintain clean and organized patient care areas.
• Deliver supplies, equipment, and specimens as needed.
• Assist nursing staff with non-clinical patient care tasks.
• Ensure patient rooms and common areas are stocked and maintained.
• Follow all infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies.
• Provide courteous and respectful service to patients, families, and coworkers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous healthcare or patient care experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport patients and equipment safely.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to excellent patient care.
• Current CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
