Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented Orderly to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and overall orderliness of our dialysis facility. The role also involves proper waste management, cleaning and disinfection of treatment areas, assisting during patient transitions, and supporting general facility and maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, able to work under pressure, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all areas of the dialysis facility in accordance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Clean and disinfect treatment areas, dialysis chairs, waiting areas, offices, pantry, hallways, comfort rooms, and other facility areas.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and properly store facility linens in accordance with proper infection control and laundry procedures.
• Collect, segregate, transport, and properly dispose of general and hazardous waste in accordance with established waste management procedures.
• Assist in monitoring and documenting hazardous waste collection and disposal.
• Ensure cleaning materials, supplies, and equipment are complete, properly stored, and readily available.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, and supplies requiring replenishment to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist during patient transitions by removing waste, maintaining cleanliness of the treatment area, and supporting crowd control when needed.
• Perform scheduled general cleaning and floor maintenance of the facility.
• Assist the Technical & Maintenance Staff with basic maintenance and repair activities when needed.
• Assist the Logistics Staff/Driver with loading and unloading deliveries when necessary.
• Maintain proper records and accomplish required logbooks and endorsements.
• Follow all company policies, infection control procedures, occupational safety requirements, and waste management protocols.
• Attend required training, safety activities, and quality improvement programs.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate.
• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, healthcare facilities, or similar work is an advantage.
• Physically capable of performing cleaning, sanitation, waste handling, and other facility-related tasks.
• Able to lift, carry, move, and handle moderately heavy supplies, equipment, linens, waste containers, and other facility items when necessary.
• Responsible, dependable, and able to work under pressure.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work assignments and workloads.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work well with patients, healthcare staff, and other facility personnel.
• Must reside in or near Fairlane, Tarlac City and have a reliable means of commuting to the workplace.
• Must be willing to be trained at RCCS - Angeles City (with accommodation shouldered by the company).

Preferred Qualities

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, healthcare facilities, or similar work is an advantage.
• Familiarity with proper cleaning, disinfection, and waste segregation procedures is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and follow healthcare infection control and safety protocols.
