What they need

Orders & Dispatch Coordinator – Full Time

Guardian Personal Alarms | Warwick, Perth WA
Full Time | Office Based | Free Onsite Parking

Are you organised, switched-on and someone who notices the details others miss?

Guardian Personal Alarms is looking for a reliable, tech-savvy and solutions-focused Orders & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team.

This is a varied, office-based role combining hands-on dispatch and device preparation with detailed order processing. It’s ideal for someone who likes being busy, enjoys variety and takes pride in getting things right.

What your day looks like

Morning: Coordinate Australia Post and courier collections, quality check outgoing orders, pre-test devices and ensure everything is accurate and ready for dispatch.

Afternoon: Transition into order processing — reviewing customer orders, checking documentation, updating systems and resolving missing or incorrect information.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate daily Australia Post and courier dispatches.
  • Quality check customer details, products, labels and documentation.
  • Pre-test and prepare personal alarm devices.
  • Pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
  • Receive, organise and replenish stock.
  • Process orders accurately across our systems.
  • Identify errors or discrepancies and help find practical solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory information.
  • Support the wider Orders Team as daily priorities change.

What we're looking for

You'll be someone who is:

  • Highly detail-focused with a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Reliable, organised and accountable.
  • A logical thinker and practical problem solver.
  • Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems.
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership.
  • Confident to speak up when something doesn't look right.
  • Comfortable respectfully following up and holding others accountable.
  • A strong team player who helps keep people and workflow connected.
  • Happy being on the go throughout the day and moving between hands-on and computer-based work.

Why Guardian?

Guardian Personal Alarms helps people live independently with greater safety, dignity and peace of mind.

You'll join a growing, supportive team where you'll receive training and develop skills across dispatch, technology, devices, stock and order processing.

What we offer:

  • Full-time, office-based position in Warwick
  • Free onsite parking
  • Varied work — not sitting at a desk doing the same thing all day
  • Training and cross-training
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment
  • Opportunity to learn, grow and contribute ideas

Our values are Empathy, Respect, Innovation, Collaboration and Gratitude.

If you're reliable, switched-on, enjoy solving problems and want a role with plenty of variety, we'd love to hear from you.
