What they need
- Manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate processing and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock availability to support business needs.
- Track inventory movements, stock transfers, returns, and inventory accuracy.
- Analyze order and inventory data to support planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on inventory levels, inventory performance, order fulfillment, and other operational metrics.
- Provide accurate and timely reports and updates to management and relevant departments.
- Support the Orders, Inventory, and Fulfillment teams in achieving operational goals and service targets.
- Identify process gaps and develop, document, and implement processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Continuously review existing processes and recommend improvements to reduce errors, delays, and operational inefficiencies.
- Ensure proper and consistent use of order and inventory management systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory, order, and fulfillment records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Warehouse, Fulfillment, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and supply chain operations.
- Monitor operational performance and identify issues requiring corrective action.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management.
