Orders and Refund Processor

Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Orders and Refund Processor to assist in recovering funds from a backlogged queue of returned-to-sender orders. In this role, you will cross-reference tracking details, navigate multiple retailer platforms, and follow up directly with customer support teams to resolve claims efficiently. If you excel at managing high-volume administrative tasks with high accuracy and minimal supervision, this opportunity offers a great fit for your skill set.

Schedule:

• Full - Time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 6:00 PM Central Daylight Time

Responsibilities:

• Contact retailer customer support to initiate and follow through on refund requests for returned-to-sender orders
• Match order IDs, tracking numbers, and account credentials across multiple email accounts to compile accurate refund claims
• Track and document the status of each refund request to ensure timely resolution
• Manage a high volume of cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization
• Communicate progress and flag any escalated issues to the client on a regular basis
• Process refund requests for a backlog of over 1,000 returned-to-sender orders
• Navigate multiple retailer accounts and email logins to retrieve order details
• Ensure all refunds are recovered in a timely manner to minimize financial loss
• Potentially handle future batches of affected orders as they arise
• Provide regular status updates and reporting on refund recovery progress

Requirements:

• Prior experience in administrative support, order management, or refund/dispute processing
• Strong attention to detail when handling large datasets of order information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customer support teams
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across repetitive tasks
• High level of organizational skills to track progress across 1,000+ cases
