Orders Coordinator

Patients First Home Care is looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and analytical skills, we invite you to join our team as an Order Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to physicians' offices, analyzing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely order processing. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining order accuracy. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.You may be asked to travel to collect orders for processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Orders Manager to process orders. Works with community liaisons to receive signed physician orders timely.
• Continuously works with Billing Manager and Orders Manager on rejections and returned claims, due to missing orders or documentation.
• Works with Director or Clinical Managers to efficiently process orders.
• Assists in timely filing of Medicare billing.
• Assist with audits of patients charts to make sure all orders are sent.
• Works with Forcura to send and receive orders, filing of orders inpatient records.
• Performs other duties assigned by manager.

• Strong analytical skills to accurately analyze orders
• Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and completeness
• Proficient computer skills for order entry and data analysis
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments

Requirements

• Current Driver's License with current auto insurance
• CEU on Elderly Abuse, Human Trafficking and Alzheimer's/Dementia
• TB test results
