Job Summary

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed
• Implement proper sanitation and cleaning procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment
• Conduct laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in residential or commercial properties
• Follow safety protocols for manual handling and heavy lifting to prevent injuries during cleaning activities
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
• Manage time efficiently to complete daily tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements

• Prior experience in residential or janitorial cleaning is preferred; familiarity with custodial or housekeeping roles is a plus
• Knowledge of cleaning tools and equipment including vacuums, mops, buffers, and carpet cleaners
• Ability to handle various cleaning agents and detergents safely and effectively
• Strong manual handling skills with the physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work responsibilities
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple locations
• Good communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Experience with outdoor work environments or residential housekeeping is advantageous
• Demonstrated reliability with a strong work ethic focused on cleanliness standards and sanitation protocols
