The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing existing organisational structures, systems, workflows and operational procedures, identifying areas for improvement and recommending effective organisational solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with management and staff across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate existing organisational systems, structures and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies.
• Consult with staff and management to review current systems and observe work practices across departments.
• Recommend practical solutions to organisational problems and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct work studies to assess existing and proposed administrative methods, procedures and workflows.
• Examine organisational workflow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop proposals to revise procedures, improve workflows, redefine job functions and resolve operational issues.
• Assist in implementing approved recommendations, updating procedure manuals and preparing relevant documentation.
• Review operating procedures, identify departures from established standards and recommend corrective measures.
• Evaluate coordination between manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and administrative functions to improve productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Commerce or a related field.
• Relevant experience in organisational analysis, business process improvement or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of organisational structures, business systems and operational procedures.
• Experience in workflow analysis, process mapping and preparing reports and procedure manuals.
• Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend effective organisational improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with management and staff.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution operations will be highly regarded.
