Organisation Change Manager

Role: Change Management Analyst
Engagement: October 1, 2026 – October 1, 2027 (strong likelihood of extension)
Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, hybrid : Need 3 days onsite / week

The Opportunity
Our client is running a large-scale transformation program focused on modernizing operations, technology, and process adoption across the business. They're looking for an organized, proactive Change Management Analyst to support the Change Management Lead, project teams, and business stakeholders in planning, executing, and tracking change activities across multiple workstreams.

What You'd Be Doing

• Supporting execution of the overall change plan
• Maintaining stakeholder lists, impact/readiness trackers, action logs, and communication calendars
• Drafting communications, presentations, job aids, posters, and leadership talking points
• Partnering with SMEs and project teams to validate change impacts and messaging
• Helping plan and run roadshows, demos, workshops, and engagement events
• Tracking attendance, feedback, readiness metrics, and adoption indicators
• Supporting surveys and basic readiness/adoption analysis
• Preparing status updates for program leadership
• Flagging risks, gaps, and resistance themes to the Change Management Lead

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in change management, communications, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, or business transformation
• Experience supporting change activities on a technology or business transformation initiative
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience building communications, presentations, job aids, and stakeholder materials
• Strong organizational skills across multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines
• Ability to gather and summarize qualitative and quantitative data
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to work onsite as required per the hybrid schedule above

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
