Organization Development & Effectiveness Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Organization Development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, and business performance.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into relevant organization and people solutions.
• Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, including organization structure, workforce planning, role clarity, and ways of working.
• Lead talent management processes, including talent review, succession planning, career development, and critical talent management.
• Develop and implement competency, capability development, and career development initiatives aligned with business and organizational needs.
• Drive performance management and people development processes to improve employee and organizational performance.
• Analyze workforce and HR data to identify organizational issues, people trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support business leaders as an HRBP on organization, people, talent, performance, and employee-related matters.
• Lead change management and organization transformation initiatives to support business growth and organizational changes.
• Work closely with HR functions and business stakeholders to implement OD and people initiatives effectively.
• Prepare HR/OD insights, reports, and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of OD processes, frameworks, and people practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Organization Development, Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, or related HR functions.
• Strong experience in Organization Development / Organization Effectiveness with the ability to work closely with business leaders.
• Experience in talent management, succession planning, performance management, competency development, and workforce planning.
• Experience partnering with business leaders or working in an HRBP capacity is preferred.
• Strong understanding of organizational and people issues, with the ability to translate business needs into practical HR/OD solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in medium to large organizations.
