Organization Development & Performance Management Officer

This position is responsible for designing, managing, and evaluating organizational development initiatives and the overall corporate performance management cycle. The role requires strong data analytics capabilities to deliver strategic insights into organizational structure, competency mapping, performance target evaluations, and workforce effectiveness, driving sustainable business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end Performance Management cycle, from establishing performance objectives (such as Objectives and Key Results / OKRs) and conducting performance reviews to calibrating ratings to support processes like Short-Term Incentive (STI) payouts or annual bonuses.
• Design, maintain, and standardize updates to organizational structures, role profiling, and job descriptions to ensure continuous alignment with company operational dynamics.
• Formulate and implement policy frameworks regarding promotions, career progression, and employee competency mapping.
• Collect and perform in-depth analysis on Human Capital data (demographics, performance metrics, and productivity) to generate data-driven reports for management.
• Drive the digitalization of HC workflows, automate evaluation data collection, and design efficient performance monitoring dashboards.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Corporate HR or as an HR Consultant.
• Proven experience in Organization Development (OD) and Performance Management.
• Strong data analytics skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Nice to have: Operational understanding or proficiency in Power BI, Python, and other data visualization tools.
• Advanced proficiency in managing data structures and formulas in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
