Organization Development & Talent Management Manager

Responsibilities:

• Workforce planning, manpower optimization, and organizational effectiveness analysis.
• Develop & refine KPI frameworks (BSC, OKR), PIP, and data-driven performance analytics.
• Talent mapping, succession planning, budget allocation, and cross-functional leadership.
• Forecast manpower needs and establish measurable HR impact indicators.
• Leverage AI tools and modern HR tech to streamline OD processes and automate data analytics.
• Communicate strategic insights to executive management to educate and influence decisions using supporting data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (preferably Psychology or Management) with min. 8 years of managerial experience in OD & Talent Management.
• Strong expertise in Performance Systems, Job Evaluation, Workload Analysis, Competency Matrix, Succession Planning, and HVA.
• Strong analytical thinking, visionary leadership, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in AI-driven tools/HR tech for data modeling and workflow optimization.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong data storytelling and executive presentation skills.
