Organization Development

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve the organizational structure and job descriptions.
• Conduct manpower planning and workforce analysis.
• Manage performance appraisal and employee competency systems.
• Identify training and employee development needs.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and career development.
• Coordinate organizational changes and improve HR processes.
• Prepare HR reports and organizational data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Organization Development or other relevant HR functions.
• Good understanding of organizational structure, competency, and performance management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in the heavy equipment, automotive, manufacturing, or mining industry is preferred.
• Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Jakarta (Kemayoran/Cakung) or Bekasi.
