Organization Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead or participate in organizational diagnosis based on company strategy and business development needs, and analyze the effectiveness and bottlenecks of the current organizational structure.
2. Design and drive organizational restructuring or change initiatives, including adjustments to departmental setups, reporting lines, management layers, and span of control.
3. Establish and maintain principles, standards, and processes for organizational design to ensure consistency and standardization during organizational scaling.
4. Design, optimize, and maintain the company's job hierarchy, grade, and level systems, and define clear career development paths.
5. Establish competency standards, qualification requirements, and role definitions for each job grade, providing a foundational framework for talent selection, development, and assessment.
6. Regularly conduct analyses of position redundancy, gaps, or overlapping responsibilities to provide a basis for headcount management and workforce planning.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of HR-related work experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on organization development, job architecture, or organizational design. Candidates with consulting backgrounds or large-enterprise OD implementation experience are preferred.
3. Proficient in organizational design theories, job evaluation methodologies, and relevant tools.
4. Possess strong systems thinking and data analysis capabilities, with the ability to identify organizational issues through data insights.
