ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Organization Development Manager to strengthen organizational effectiveness and ensure our organization structure, roles, and capabilities continue to evolve in line with business needs. This role will lead key OD initiatives across organization design, job analysis, competency development, job evaluation & grading, succession planning, and organizational improvement projects, working closely with HR and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor Organization Development initiatives and strategic HR projects aligned with business priorities.
• Review and assess organization structures, providing recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness, role clarity, spans of control, and ways of working.
• Conduct job analysis and job evaluation, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and job descriptions are aligned with changes in organization structure and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain job architecture, competency frameworks, and competency matrices across functions and job levels.
• Manage job evaluation and grading using established methodologies such as Hay and/or Mercer, ensuring internal consistency and appropriate job leveling.
• Develop and monitor succession planning, including critical position identification, successor mapping, and readiness monitoring.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify organizational gaps and improvement opportunities, and translate them into practical OD solutions.
• Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to support organization changes, restructuring, and other OD-related projects.

About you

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in Organization Development.
• Strong hands-on experience in organization design, job analysis, job architecture, competency development, and job evaluation.
• Experience in succession planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Hands-on exposure to Hay and/or Mercer job evaluation & grading methodology.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking, with the ability to translate business needs into practical organization solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools; good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be based in Tangerang Area.
