Organizational & Financial Performance Consultant - Naples - Italy

Mission Objectives

The mission aims to structure the company's financial operations and key processes to support its rapid growth. This will involve ensuring rigorous monitoring of projects and maintenance activities, optimizing performance, and preparing the company for more mature and integrated management, particularly in anticipation of the future CFO's arrival.

Main Responsibilities

• Financial & Process Structuring: Implementing solid financial processes, particularly for the monitoring and steering of projects (Tenders, Projects, Maintenance).

• Performance Monitoring: Ensuring that all launched projects are properly tracked from a financial and operational perspective, by defining key indicators.

• Information Flow Management: Optimizing the circulation of information between different functions (Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure effective coordination.

• Change Management Support: Contributing to the transformation of the company's culture towards greater financial and organizational rigor, challenging existing habits and redefining scopes and responsibilities where necessary.

• Operational Support: Being "hands-on," directly involved in operational tasks to implement processes and ensure their correct application.

• Information Systems: Participating in discussions and potentially in the implementation of an ERP to support growth and structuring.

Mission Modalities

• Estimated Duration: 6 months.

• Start Date: End of May at the latest, ideally earlier if possible

• Location: Mission based in Naples (Italy) with a strong on-site presence required.

Required Profile

• Experience: Experienced profile with a strong financial background and proven experience in implementing processes within industrial environments or complex projects, ideally in the infrastructure sector.

• Functional Skills:

  • Excellent ability to structure and organize.

  • Mastery of financial and project management topics.

  • Ability to work in a very operational and "hands-on" manner.

• Qualities: Good communicator, capable of driving change and supporting transformation within an organization. Proactiveness and initiative are essential.
