Organizational Development Assistant

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing organizational development and HR initiatives
• Support employee engagement, training, and development activities
• Assist in reviewing and improving HR and organizational processes
• Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower and organizational requirements
• Handle liaison transactions with government offices, barangays, agencies, and external partners
• Process, submit, and follow up permits, documents, certifications, and other requirements
• Maintain accurate records of documents, transactions, and correspondence
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR/OD documentation
• Assist in meetings, company activities, and employee programs
• Perform other HR, administrative, and liaison duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, Organizational Development, Administration, or Liaison work
• Actual experience coordinating with government offices, barangays, agencies, or external stakeholders
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Willing to conduct field work when necessary
