Organizational Development Director

Role Description The Organizational Development Director at مكتب محاماة will lead initiatives to strengthen the firm’s structure, culture, and long-term talent strategy in a part-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing organizational needs, designing development programs, and advising firm leadership on change management and performance improvement. The role will focus on aligning organizational design with the firm’s strategic goals, creating frameworks for succession planning, and supporting leadership capabilities across practice areas. The director will collaborate with partners and managers to implement performance management processes, monitor outcomes, and refine programs based on data and feedback. This position requires regular virtual meetings, development of policies and guidelines, and preparation of reports and recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness to analyze structures, processes, and culture and recommend improvements.
• Candidates should possess skills in Succession Planning and Leadership Development to design and implement talent pipelines and growth pathways for future firm leaders.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Performance Management to develop frameworks, metrics, and feedback systems that support continuous improvement and accountability.
• Experience working with professional services or law firms, with the ability to understand partnership models and practice management dynamics, is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and build consensus in remote settings, are required.
• Advanced degree or certification in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in part-time or flexible leadership roles.
