Organizational Development Group Manager

For one of Türkiye's leading banking institutions with international operations, we are looking for an experienced Organizational Development Group Manager to lead organization design, strategic workforce planning, and organizational transformation initiatives across the Head Office and subsidiaries.

The role will play a pivotal part in transforming the Organizational Development function into a proactive, strategic business partner, driving organizational effectiveness and translating business priorities into sustainable, future-ready organizational structures and operating models.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead organizational development and organization design initiatives across the Head Office and subsidiaries.
• Develop organizational structures, governance frameworks, and operating models aligned with business strategies.
• Drive strategic workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and resource optimization initiatives.
• Lead complex organizational transformation and change management projects, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment between global methodologies and local organizational requirements, collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and organizational efficiency initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and coach the Organizational Development team to strengthen performance and strategic impact.
• Translate global organizational development trends and best practices into sustainable business solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 14 years of professional experience, with strong expertise in Organizational Development, Organization Design, or Organizational Transformation.
• Proven experience in organizational restructuring, governance models, and large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of strategic workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and resource optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership, people management, and team development capabilities.
• Experience in budget planning, resource management, and working with multiple stakeholders in complex organizations.
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Experience in international, matrix, or multi-subsidiary organizational structures is an advantage.
