Organizational Development Officer

JOB SUMMARY

Designs and supports enterprise change frameworks and adoption strategies to strengthen transformation sustainability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Governance & Standardization

• Embed change management checkpoints within governance and process rollout frameworks.

• Define adoption requirements and readiness criteria for new or revised processes.

• Ensure stakeholder engagement plans align with governance milestones.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Integrate structured change plans into transformation project lifecycles.

• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments for major initiatives.

• Monitor post-implementation adoption and behavioural sustainability metrics.

Capability Building & Change Enablement

• Develop and maintain a structured change management methodology for the organization.

• Design and implement enterprise capability-building programs related to transformation tools and practices.

• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training coordination.

• Track and report Change Agility Index and related adoption indicators.

• Build and sustain a network of transformation champions across business units.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field

• At least 4 years of experience in change management, Organizational Development, training, or transformation support

• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives

• Willingness to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
