Organizational Development Section Head

1. Conduct organizational assessments, including organizational structure evaluation, workforce strategy, and organizational development initiatives.
2. Analyze and interpret organizational and HR data to support strategic recommendations, including performance standards analysis, productivity, and job grading.
3. Monitor and evaluate Man Power Planning (MPP) to ensure workforce requirements are aligned with business directions and operational needs.
4. Drive the implementation of change management initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
5. Manage and monitor the performance management cycle, including KPI monitoring, performance evaluation, and follow-up improvement initiatives.
6. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials related to organizational development and workforce management.
7. Familiarity with HRIS development and optimization will be considered an advantage.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or other related fields.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Capital, Human Resources Analytics, or other related areas.
3. Strong understanding of organizational development concepts, manpower planning, workforce strategy, and performance management.
4. Familiar with Work Load Analysis (WLA), job analysis, job evaluation, and organizational design methodologies.
5. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
6. Strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
7. Knowledge of continuous improvement principles will be considered an advantage.
8. Detail-oriented, systematic, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing organizational environment.
