Organizational Development Specialist

Role Description The Organizational Development Specialist will work part-time in a remote capacity to support the design and implementation of organizational interventions that improve effectiveness and performance across the company. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing organizational structures and processes, facilitating performance management practices, and collaborating with leadership to align organizational design with strategic goals. The specialist will develop and refine frameworks for organizational effectiveness, prepare clear documentation and recommendations, and support change management initiatives. This role will also involve partnering with engineering and project teams to ensure that organizational practices enable efficient collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement in a technical environment.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess organizational data, diagnose issues, and propose evidence-based solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Organizational Development to design interventions, support change initiatives, and align structures with strategy.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Organizational Effectiveness and Performance Management to build frameworks, metrics, and processes that enhance results.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams, facilitate discussions, and present clear recommendations.
• Relevant qualifications include experience in organizational development, HR, consulting, or operations within technical or industrial environments.
• Experience working remotely and across cultures, with strong self-management and time-management skills, is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; postgraduate studies in organizational development or change management are an advantage.
