Organizational Development Specialist

MOTOR ACE PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to join our team in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our organisational capabilities, culture, and performance. As an Organisational Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that foster employee engagement, facilitate organisational change, and support the achievement of our business objectives. Key responsibilities:

1. Design, develop and implement organisational development strategies and programmes aligned with business objectives and corporate vision
2. Conduct organisational assessments and diagnostic reviews to identify areas for improvement in structure, processes and culture
3. Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organisational restructuring or process improvements
4. Develop and deliver training programmes focused on leadership development, team effectiveness and employee competency enhancement
5. Support the design and implementation of performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives
6. Collaborate with senior management and departmental heads to identify talent needs and succession planning requirements
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organisational development interventions through surveys, metrics and feedback mechanisms
8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning across the organisation
9. Provide coaching and mentoring support to managers and employees to facilitate professional development
10. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive organisational matters

What we're looking for:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Psychology or a related field
2. Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in organisational development, human resources, or change management roles
3. Proven experience in designing and implementing organisational development programmes and initiatives
4. Strong knowledge of organisational behaviour, change management principles and strategic planning methodologies
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex organisational challenges
6. Demonstrated capability in project management and coordination of multiple initiatives simultaneously
7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
8. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret survey results and organisational metrics
9. Experience with training design, facilitation and adult learning principles
10. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment
11. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
12. Preferred qualifications include certification in organisational development, change management or a related discipline
