- Maintain organization structure and job leveling

Requirments
- Minimum Bachelor degree from Psychology or Human Resources Management
- Proven experience as Organizational Development Sepervisor or Talent Management Supervisor for minimum 3 years
- Advance knowledge about organization design, talent management, assessment, organizational behavior, and balanced score car
- Hands on, can work individually and also a good team player
- Possess good interpersonal skill, leadership, analytical, communication and negotiation skill
- Willing to work on Saturday (Twice a month, from 8 am to 1 pm)
- Placement in Cibitung, Bekasi
