Requirements | المتطلبات

• Proven experience in Oriental pastry production.

• Expertise in Baklava, Mabrouma, Cigars, Kunafa, Al-Ashoush, and Al-Basmat.

• Commitment to quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.

• خبرة عملية في صناعة الحلويات الشرقية.

• إجادة البقلاوة بجميع أنواعها، والمبرومة، والسجائر، والكنافة، والعشوش والبصمات.
