ORM EXECUTIVE

ORM Executive Company: Replindia Locations: Delhi, Mumbai & Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ORM (Online Reputation Management) Executive to manage our clients' online reputation, monitor customer feedback, and maintain a positive brand image across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and manage online reviews, ratings, comments, and customer feedback across digital platforms. - Respond to customer queries, complaints, and reviews professionally and promptly. - Track brand mentions across social media, review websites, forums, and other online channels. - Handle negative feedback and online reputation issues with appropriate escalation. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ORM reports, including sentiment analysis and response metrics. - Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend improvements. - Ensure consistent brand communication across all online platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Good understanding of social media platforms and online review management. - Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and calmly. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools. - Familiarity with social listening and reputation management tools is an advantage. Experience - Freshers with strong communication skills may apply. - Candidates with experience in ORM, customer support, social media management, or digital marketing will have an added advantage.
