Pay Range: $55.7/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts on the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing platform.
• Oversee group health billing account setup and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to group health accounts.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and databases for effective reporting and analysis.
• Resolve problems and manage projects efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with various departments and levels of leadership across the organization.
• Familiarize yourself with benefits programs and stop-loss applications.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 3+ years experience in managing accounts on the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing platform.
• 3+ years experience in group health billing account setup.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office and databases.
• Excellent problem resolution and project management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business.
• 5+ years experience in group health national/local account setup.
• 2+ years experience with Bluestar.
• 2+ years experience with Salesforce.
• Experience in drafting group health national account contracts/booklets.
