You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a Service Desktop Support!

Service Desktop Support

Location: Braddell

Duration: Asap – 12 months (Extendable), 5 days /week

Shift: 6.45am – 7.15pm/6.45pm -7.15am

Salary: Up to $3,900/Mth + Night shift allowance

Job scope:

• Manage daily service desk operations and provide consistent customer support through phone and email

• Main point of contact for customer enquiries, requests and issues

• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases when required

• Work closely with IT teams and vendors to provide accurate and timely solutions

• Manage and track incidents using ServiceNow ITSM and CSM systems

• Monitor incident resolutions, downtime, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and provide updates to relevant stakeholders

• Ensure all incidents and enquiries are properly logged, tracked, and resolved within agreed SLAs

• Communicate incident causes, progress, and resolutions clearly to participants and relevant parties

• Notify participants of upcoming UAT and production releases

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure release activities are completed smoothly and on time

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Singaporeans Only

• Prior experience in Customer Service Background/ Helpdesk Support/ Banking preferred

• Prior experience working in 24/7 operational environments is preferred
