Key Orthodontic Assistant Responsibilities: As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll be instrumental in providing exceptional patient care, education, and ensuring a seamless patient experience in the clinic. That includes:

• Taking X-Rays and photos
• Intraoral Scanning
• Assisting Orthodontist during bonding and debonding procedures
• Place and remove wires
• Sterilization of instruments and clinical areas
• Document daily treatment
• Communicate instructions to patients clearly and effectively

The Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in orthodontic assisting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation, aiming to exceed patient expectations
• Proficient in time management and organization
• Collaborative team player
• Quick and continues learner with a positive mindset
• Commitment to long-term growth with the company

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary $20.00 - $27.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday (OFF EVERY Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

• Part-time or Full-time available.
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (8:30 am - 6 pm)
• Tuesdays (8:30 am - 5 PM) available for full-time positions and training/onboarding of new part-time team members
