We're looking for an Orthodontic Assistant to join our team — a dynamic mix of chairside assisting and clinic administration. Whether you're an experienced dental assistant or looking for a fresh start, you're welcome here. No dental background? No problem — we'll train you from day one.

Duties

• Assist chairside during orthodontic appointments

• Manage day-to-day clinic administration and patient records

• Coordinate scheduling across our Mentone and Frankston clinics

• Deliver a warm, professional experience for patients of all ages

• Support a smooth-running, close-knit team

Skills & experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Good computer literacy and a professional manner

• A genuine interest in working with kids, teens, and adults

• Dental/orthodontic experience welcome but not required — full training provided
