Orthodontic Clinical Assistant

Our busy, friendly orthodontic practice is looking for a reliable, motivated Clinical Assistant to join our team.

No orthodontic experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.

Previous orthodontic or dental experience is a huge plus, but what matters most to us is a strong work ethic, dependability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

We have a fast-paced clinical schedule and rely on one another throughout the day. We are looking for someone who is ready to learn, willing to help wherever needed, and understands the importance of being a dependable member of the team.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking orthodontic records, including X-rays, photographs, and digital scans
• Assisting the orthodontist with bracket placement and routine orthodontic appointments
• Educating patients and parents about treatment and home care
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean, organized clinical area
• Operating a 3D printer
• Fabricating retainers and other orthodontic appliances
• Helping teammates throughout the day to keep the clinical area running smoothly

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, positive, hardworking, and willing to learn. Previous orthodontic or dental experience is a definite advantage, but we are happy to train someone with the right attitude who is excited to become part of our team.

Reliability and teamwork are extremely important in this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 38.0 per week
