About the Role:

NBC Orthodontics Incorporated is looking for a friendly and organized Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team in Georgetown, TX! Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front office experience
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the orthodontic treatment calendar efficiently
• Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
• Collect and process patient payments, co-pays, and treatment plan financial arrangements
• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with coverage questions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in practice management software
• Coordinate new patient consultations and follow up on pending treatment starts

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dental or orthodontic front desk role preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dolphin, Dentrix, or similar)
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required
