Front Desk / Patient Coordinator – Bilingual Korean & English
Orthodontic office in Los Angeles
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable front desk team member for our Los Angeles office!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Help patients in both Korean and English
- Verify insurance benefits, collect payments, and maintain patient records
- Support daily office operations
Qualifications:
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both Korean and English
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Dental or orthodontic office experience is preferred, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who is motivated to learn and a good fit for our team.
